You can report on inputs and data points in Appraisd to gain better visibility of compliance rates and insights into performance.
What type of reports are available in Appraisd
There are two types of reports available in Appraisd, there are:
Metric based reports
These reports are available to Administrators and focus on compliance rates including the number of and status of tasks in the system for an individual, team and organisation. They can be useful to monitor engagement levels and to help with system management. The following metric reports are currently available:
- Objectives: metrics (or any type of objective/goal)
- Reviews: metrics
- Feedback: metrics
- Sense check
- Org chart: Highlight metrics
Response driven reports
These reports are only available to people who have Moderator as well as Administrator permissions, this is because these reports access personal data such as responses to reviews, assessments scores, feedback given and objectives. The following response driven reports are currently available:
- Objectives (or any type of objective/goal)
- Scores and Comments
How to access these reports?
You can access most of these reports from the Administration centre and Reports tab, if you are both a Moderator and Administrator then you will see all report options but if you are an Administrator only then you will only see the metrics reports in the bottom half of the Reports menu.

To access the Org chart: Highlight metrics you will need to go to the Org chart tab in Administration Centre.
Use the filter tool to display different branches of your organisational chart and click Highlight metrics to select from a drop-down of engagement metrics that can be applied to the chart.
