If your comments on a review form aren't auto-saving or the textbox won't let you input any comments, it's probably a local issue on your browser. Try doing the following:
- Press Ctrl+F5, which should hard refresh the page.
- Log out of Appraisd. Clear the browser's cache and cookies. Log back in.
- Make sure Appraisd is allowlisted in any pop-up or add blockers that you have installed.
- Try logging into Appraisd in another browser. If this works, it's likely a plugin that you have installed on the other browser.
- Try in another location or on another device. If this works, then it is likely a firewall/security issue on either the network or device you are using.
