Most of Appraisd is self-service however there a few things that our Customer Success team will have to help you with.
There are just a few areas in Appraisd where you'll need our help to customise your account. These include:
- Changing and adding objectives templates
- Changing the language used on your account
- Setting up single sign-on with SAML
- Setting up an API connection for system integration
- Setting up review groups to facilitate an automated cycle
- Restricting objectives to your review cycle
- Creating a custom workflow
- Customising the email reminder frequency
- Enabling locked settings in the Configuration area
