You can reset a user's password via their profile page or the Administration centre.
To reset a password from a profile page
Use the search bar to navigate to the user's profile.
Click the Cog icon then click Reset user's password. This will send a password reset link in an email.
To reset a password from the Administration centre
Go to the Administration centre. Click to enter the People tab.
Find the user using the Search/Filter tool, and click Edit located under the Edit column. An Edit user popup will appear.
Click on Reset user's password found next to the orange deactivation button. This will send a password reset link in an email.
