Sometimes it may be useful for you to edit people in bulk, for example if you would like to update the manager for a team of employees.
First go to the Administration Centre > People and select all the relevant people you would like to edit. You can sort this information by using the Filter tool on the right-hand side of the page to filter by default manager or department, for example.
If you can't find the person/people you're looking for, they may be an external feedback-giver (if this feature is enabled on your account). To check, you can apply the following filter. If you need to search for a specific user, put their email address in the Search for text field.
Once you are happy with your selection, click Bulk actions > Edit in bulk.
On the pop up, select the button for the required category you would like to change on the left-hand side. In the example below, the manager field has been selected. Once you have made the necessary changes, click Save changes.
You'll be asked to confirm how many users you're editing:
