Org chart

The org chart is useful tool that shows you information about the structure and hierarchy of your organisation.

In addition, the org chart can illustrate metrics that are otherwise difficult to visualise.

The options are:

Add a new user
Zoom out
Zoom in
Expand to fit your screen
View the org chart in a vertical list
Highlight metrics including: people with no or few active objectives, people with no active review, people who haven't logged in recently

To navigate around the org chart, click and drag with your mouse.

If you're using a department field on your People list, you can produce org charts for individual departments.
