Sometimes it may be useful for you to edit people in bulk, for example if you would like to update the manager for a team of employees.
First go to the Administration Centre > People and select all the relevant people you would like to edit. You can sort this information by using the Filter tool on the right-hand side of the page to filter by default manager or department, for example.
Once you are happy with your selection, click the Edit users in bulk button. In the Make changes in bulk pop up, select the button for the required category you would like to change on the left-hand side. In the example below, the manager field has been selected. Once you have made the necessary changes, click to Save changes.
You'll be asked to confirm how many users you're editing:
