When creating your review form templates, you can choose to use show a different date range of objectives/PDPs depending on what you're looking to discuss. This enables you to customise your templates to reflect your organisation's review process.
These examples are from a review due on the 27th February 2020.
Add button only
This allows employees to add new objectives but doesn't show previous or current ones so it is usually used in combination with one of the other options below.
In-progress objectives
This shows all the objectives that haven't been marked as finished (the grey ones). It doesn't take into consideration the due date on the objective.
All objectives
This shows all the objectives including those that have been marked as finished (the grey ones). It shows all objectives from the year prior to the review's due date and the following two years after the review's due date.
Objectives that have due dates beyond the due date of the review + an add button
This shows all the objectives that are due in the 2 years after the review is due. It is generally used to check and add the objectives for the next review period.
Objectives that were due during the 12 months prior to the review's due date (annual review)
This shows completed and in-progress objectives from the previous 12 months. It is generally used during an annual review to discuss what was achieved during the year.
Objectives that were due during the 3 months prior to the review's due date (quarterly review)
This shows completed and in-progress objectives from the previous 3 months. It is generally used during a quarterly review to discuss what was achieved during the previous quarter.
Objectives that were due during the 6 months prior to the review's due date (mid-year review)
This shows completed and in-progress objectives from the previous 6 months. It is generally used during a mid-year review to discuss what was achieved during the previous half year.
Objectives that were due during the 2 years prior to the review's due date
This shows completed and in-progress objectives from the previous 2 years.
