Reviews can help you reflect on your progress and set goals for the future. Whether it's career planning, probation reviews, annual reflection or talent profiling, you can configure your reviews to suit your organisation.
Depending on your account set up, your reviews can either be set up by administrators from the Administration Centre or by managers themselves from your team members' reviews tab. Reviews can either be scheduled by administrators in the Administration Centre, or they can be scheduled on an ad-hoc basis and set up by an employees' manager.
Reviews can be configured to run on different workflows to keep things simple and involve people only when necessary. The most common in Appraisd are the 3-stage and the 4-stage workflow. Reviews that run on a 2-stage workflow are called check-ins.
Reviews in Appraisd are unique to your organisation as they are based on custom templates where you can choose the questions, format and visibility. Administrators can set up the templates that reviews are generated from in the Form Design area of the Administration Centre. You can also incorporate objectives or development plans into your review templates.
