Research has shown that many employees like to give and receive regular feedback. Appraisd allows you to manage how feedback is shared, depending on your organisation's culture and needs.
Gather feedback from colleagues as part of a review
Feedback within a review allows colleagues to provide feedback for an employee through their formal review and can be set up by adding a feedback section within a review form. Different forms may have different feedback questions and this can be customised in Form Design.
Depending on your account settings, managers and employees will be able to invite colleagues to give their feedback in their reviews. You can also change the feedback visibility settings to hide feedback from employees, to show anonymously or to show with name.
Please see our help page on customising your feedback settings in a review for more information.
Request feedback from your colleagues at any time
If you would like employees to request feedback from others, outside of a formal review, you can enable 'get feedback' reviews. These forms can be customised in Form Design and employees will be able to access them on their Feedback tab via the Request feedback button.
Give feedback to your colleagues at any time
Instant feedback allows users to recognise and share positive contributions their colleagues have made. This feature allows employees to give feedback at any time and it is not attached to a review.
If managers would like to view the continuous feedback an employee has received within a review, a feedback stream can be added to your review forms.
