Custom training videos
Two training videos up to 4 minutes in length tailored to your own forms, branding and configuration - one for appraisees and one for managers. The videos are hosted on Appraisd and pop up when the user logs in for the first time and are subsequently available at any time under the cog menu.
Script to be agreed in advance. Voiceover or speech bubble options are available. Revisions are charged for at development hourly rate.

Online staff training for groups
An online training session of 30 minutes in length using screen sharing with a capacity of 10 people per session. Each session can be tailored for either employees or managers.

Face to face staff training
A classroom-style session of 30 minutes in length with a capacity of 20 people per session; 15-minute break between the sessions.
Half Day (3 sessions) - £600
Full Day (6 sessions) - £1,000
Travel within London, UK Zone 2 is included. Outside of London, you must book a full day and travel time and cost is charged for in addition.
Appraisd can be made available in languages other than British and American English.
We can provide the Appraisd interface in the language of your choice for an initial translation fee and a subsequent annual update fee. Included in this is the cost to translate one review form of your choice. You can create additional forms yourself or ask us to quote for additional forms.
Note there is an additional initial fee for right-to-left languages such as Arabic and Hebrew.

Upload historical data
We can import your previous review documents to keep them safely on Appraisd, accessible by each appraisee.

You can request that we undertake custom development for your Appraisd account in line with any requirements that you may have. We reserve the right to refuse certain requests for custom development. Some custom developments may require an additional annual maintenance fee which will be agreed beforehand in writing.

Customer Success consultancy
From time to time our clients ask us to visit them to facilitate workshops and attend decision-making or configuration meetings. Where this is required we charge the following fee for time spent on-site as well as travel time to get to you. Our Customer Success team can help with:
- Helping stakeholders reach agreement on Appraisd configuration using our experience gained from 100's of other organisations
- Planning project timelines
- Developing internal communications and marketing materials
- Advising on IT integrations
