On your objectives you can add a drop-down menu of your organisation's strategic goals. When an employee or manager adds an objective, they can align it with one of your strategic goals by selecting an option from the customised drop-down menu.
Adding strategic goals
To set this up, please go to Configuration > Objectives > Your organisation's overall goals. Here you can delete our sample goals and replace with your specific goals. Add one into the text box and click 'enter' on your keyboard.
We need to add the drop-down menu to your objective template so just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will enable it for you.
Editing strategic goals
If you're already using strategic goals on your objectives but need to edit the options, you can go to Configuration > Objectives > Your organisation's overall goals. Simply delete the one/s you need to remove by clicking on the 'x' and then add the new one/s into the text box below, pressing 'enter' on your keyboard to save.
