If you've been nominated to give feedback, you'll receive an email and the invitation will show up on your Appraisd dashboard:
Click on the Feedback to give tile and it will take you to your Feedback tab with the reviews you've been asked to give feedback on.
You'll be presented with a questionnaire. You will be notified who your feedback will be visible to once you submit it - in this example, the employee as well as the manager will be able to see it. Complete it to the best of your knowledge and click Send your feedback to X's manager to submit or click Finish later to keep them in draft.
Made a mistake?
Once you've completed your feedback, you cannot change it unless you are re-invited to give feedback.
If you need to make changes, ask the manager or an Administrator to re-invite you from the reviewee's profile page.
Received an email asking you for feedback but you're unable to add any?
The most common reason for this is the manager or an administrator has closed off the review after they sent you the feedback request. You can only provide feedback on an open review. If you think it's been closed by mistake, your internal HR team will be able to re-open it for you and send you another feedback request.
